 Professional Profile

Raju R M Tirumularaju graduated in India. Following completion of post graduation and surgical training in India for 6 years moved to UK for further training in colorectal surgery. He was trained in wales for 10 years before taking up his consultant posting in Good Hope Hospital in 2004. His main clinical interest is Colorectal and General Surgery. His main subspeciality interest is surgery for inflammatory bowel disorders( Colitis & Crohn’s disease). He is the lead IBD surgeon for Good Hope from 2008 and key player in the development of IBD MDT and services in Good Hope Hospital. His other interests is colorectal cancer surgery. He is actively involved with peritoneal cancer surgery with Mr Haney Youssef.
