We would be grateful if you could provide disclosure of the following:

 

  1. Copies of any policies relating to obstetric care for patients of female genital mutilation and/or patient with perineal scarring;

 

  1. Copies of policies and/or guidance for midwifery led care for patients with a history of FGM and/or tears.
