1b – The number of resulting working days lost for mental health reasons (for example, but not limited to, reasons including anxiety, depression, insomnia and post-traumatic stress) in (a) 2015, (b) 2016, (c) 2017, (d) 2018 and (e) 2019 to date.

1c- The total number of working days lost for mental health reasons across all job titles in the trust (for example, but not limited to, reasons including anxiety, depression, insomnia and post-traumatic stress) in (a) 2015, (b) 2016, (c) 2017, (d) 2018 and (e) 2019 to date.

1d– The number of vacancies for midwifes at the trust currently.

1e – Midwife staff numbers for each of the last five years.
