  1. A copy of the patient information leaflet (PIL) currently given to patients undergoing Percutaneous Coronary Intervention and/or insertion of stent or a link to the leaflet online. Please see attached PDF FOI 0229 Leaflet
  2. The numbers of Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) carried out in adults (>=18 years of age) in the years April 2018 to March 2019; and April 2017 – March 2018 (or a similar reporting period); these should include: K49.X (Percutaneous transluminal balloon angioplasty); K75.X (Percutaneous transluminal balloon angioplasty and insertion of stent); please could you provide figures for each of these two codes.
