1.            How many requests you have received under the FOI Act in the calendar years 2014, 2015, 2016?

 

2014: 609

2015: 621

2016: 727

 

2.            How many staff members, their full time equivalent, and their AfC bandings are allocated to the management of the requests?

 

There is only one dedicated role that includes FOI. This is a band five member of staff who is responsible for the day to day processing of requests. This is a whole time equivalent role, however FOI is one element of the role.

 

There are however many people in the organisation who will assist with responding to FOIs in various roles and at various levels.
