Could I please have the following for the year 2011/12 to 2016/17, broken down by financial years?

  1. The number of nurses who took one or more days off work due to stress or anxiety
  2. The total number of days taken off sick with stress or anxiety by nurses
  3. Total number of nurses employed
  4. The number of nurses who have left the service due to stress or anxiety since 2011
