Shine Events 

Shine exists exclusively to support adults in their 20s, 30s and 40s who have experienced a cancer diagnosis. Please click the link above to see the events they have available.

Helping Harry Help Others

In 2018 they started running group and individual sessions as part of the Help Harry Help Others Charity Support, on stress release, relaxation, better sleep, weight release, healthy living and pain release. More recently they have combined these into a single group session each month to cover Stress Release, Sleep and Weight Management. Pain Release sessions are available by request.

Keeping yourself well

It will be extra important to keep yourself well during this period.  We know that you will have your own health issues, worries about friends and family, and that often running the support group is part of how you keep yourself well.  There are some great resources circulating at the moment, and we’d encourage you to have a look, and use and share whatever you find helpful.
