Sir Ian Kennedy Breast Care Review for Patients

On Thursday 19 December 2013, Sir Ian Kennedy published his independent review in response to concerns raised at Heart of England Foundation Trust with regard to practices carried out by breast surgeon, Mr Ian Paterson.
