  • Commercial Gas Servicing, Repair, Reactive Maintenance & Installations – Commercial boiler servicing is carried out by MCL, the Contract started April 1st 2011 and is for a five year term.

 

  • Electrical Testing (Fixed Wire Testing) – The majority is carried out by the Trusts Directly Employed Labour within Estates, some areas do require contracted works, this is competitively tendered. This approach is taken as the process only occurs every 5 years

 

  • Electrical Repair & Reactive Maintenance – All Electrical repairs and maintenance is carried out by the Trusts Directly Employed Labour within Estates
