2. What percentage of junior doctors employed by your trust have chosen to opt out of the Working Time Regulations through provisions included in their contracts.
The Trust does hold this information. however we estimate that compliance with your request would exceed the appropriate costs limit under section 12 of the Freedom of information Act 2000. This is currently £450. In order to provide the information requested we would need to review several systems for each individual doctor. This would take between 7-10 minutes per individual which would exceed the 18 hours stipulated by the Act.
