Please could you respond with your most up-to-date Organization Structure Chart to show the Trust’s clinical divisions and management (clinical and non-clinical) including names, job titles and contact details where possible?

Should you not have an Organization Structure Chart ready and available for 2019 please send a chart for 2018 instead?

The trusts divisional, communications, and director structure is available on the Trust’s website at https://www.uhb.nhs.uk/trust-structures.htm We are therefore withholding this information under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 “information already accessible”
