1. Quality Director (The person with overall responsibility for an acute trust’s CQC inspections) Dr David Rosser (Chief Executive) has overall responsibility. Lisa Stalley-Green (Executive Chief Nurse) and David Burbridge (Director of Corporate Affairs) are responsible for liaison with the CQC. Mark Garrick is Director of Quality Development.
2. Patient Safety Director (The person with overall responsibility for patient safety within the trust)Dr David Rosser, Chief Executive has overall responsibility.
