  1. How many carparks does your trust have? How many spaces overall are there? UHB has 8 car parks serving Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham (QEHB) with a total of 2,870 spaces.
  2. What system do you use for cashless (pay by phone) parking and when does the current contract end? The Car Parking and Traffic Management services at QEHB are operated by a private sector company, Consort Healthcare (Birmingham), as part of a wider PFI contract which expires at midnight 14/08/46. The day to day management of Trust car parks at QEHB is undertaken by Q-Park Ltd.
    All information pertaining to car parking equipment provided and maintained by Q-Park as part of the Car Parking and Traffic Management service should be directed to Consort Healthcare (Birmingham)
  3. What software do you use for Fixed Penalty Notice enforcement ( FPN issue and processing) and when does the current contract end? Please see answer to Q2
  4. What software do you use to issue parking permits and season tickets and when does the current contract end? Please see answer to Q2
