Freedom of Information Request: FOI 0419

I am writing to enquire about Public Health Funerals your local authority or NHS trust have dealt with or are dealing with from 01/01/2018 to date.

Under the FOI act 2000 could you provide:

– Name of deceased

– DOB and DOD

– Address

– If Kin have been found

– If the deceased left any estate

We do not hold the information requested above. The Trust has an agreement with Birmingham City Council’s Funerals and Protection of Property department; they provide a dignified sensitive funeral on our behalf, for those who do not have anyone willing or able to arrange a funeral and deal with their estate.
