Freedom of Information Request: 0436 2019/20

 Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting the following information on patient access to the following NICE-recommended non-pharmacological therapy for the management of dementia.

  • Are patients with dementia able to access any of the following therapies (i.e. from dementia services, memory services, memory clinics or mental health services within the Trust)?
  • Group cognitive stimulation therapy
  • Group reminiscence therapy
  • Cognitive rehabilitation or occupation therapy
  • Multi-sensory stimulation
  • Cognitive training

 

The Trust does not provide the listed therapies for dementia patients.
