Due to historical differences in data collection/reporting across UHB and the former Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust this response has been provided by hospital site.

Yes.

The Trust uses Moodle at QEHB (Queen Elizabeth Hospital) and it is hosted on an internal server. This is open source therefore, there are no proprietary rights.
Electronic Staff Record (ESR) – IBM supplies ESR through a national contract with NHS England.
- When does the current contract come to an end?
Moodle is not a procured service.
We do not hold this information for ESR, the contract with IBM is a national contract.
