I would like to request a copy of the following information under the freedom of information act:

1.Health and Safety Annual report

The Trust is withholding this information under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act, as the information is publically available on the Trust website, please visit:

2.Health and Safety monthly report for the last 4 months.

We do not hold this information – The Health and Safety Team do not produce monthly Health and Safety reports

In your response you note the Health and Safety Team do not produce monthly reports, I would be grateful if you could let me know the frequency of their reporting and areas these reports cover, if available I would like to receive a copy of the latest report.

There is only one Health and Safety report produced annually and it is presented at the Board of Directors meeting. The areas covered by the report are: compliance with the health and safety policy and; incidents and we have provided the report to you in our initial response.
