Freedom of Information Request: 0462 2019/20

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from your NHS Trust:

“Since 01 January 2017, please specify the number of individual cases where the Court has had to intervene in the treatment of a critically ill child, when there has been a difference of opinion between parents and doctors, over the course of treatment for that child?”

No cases went to the Court of protection during this time period.
