Freedom of Information Request: 0603 2019/20

Under the FOI Act, could you please provide quarterly details for the last 3 years (calendar or financial years, whichever is easier) of the following at all 4 sites:

For Registered Nurses, Bands 5-7 Hospital wide reports for:

  1. Quarterly breakdown for the number of shifts required for normal staffing levels
  2. Quarterly breakdown for the actual number of shifts completed ,this should include filled bank shifts where successfully filled by bank staff, and NOT inclusive of shifts filled by external agencies.

The Trust does not hold this information in a way that allows us to accurately determine numbers of shifts required or completed.
