We are reviewing the provision of aspects of care for patients sustaining fractured hips within the UK.

We understand that your Trust treats such patients at one or more of your hospital locations.

We would be grateful if you could provide the following information for each location/hospital you treat hip fractures at (please send a separate reply for each location/hospital).
