We do not have a specific Trust guideline. We follow the RCOG green-top guidance.

  1. Does your Trust provide separate packs for delivery instruments and perineal repair instruments or is it all in one combined sterile pack?

Separate.

  1. Does your Trust guideline advise changing gloves prior to repairing 1st and 2nd degree CRPT?

We use sterile gloves to repair any perineal tear.

There are no Trust guidelines. We usually wear sterile gowns prior to the repair of 1st and 2nd degree CRPT.
