 I would like to request the following information under the Freedom Information Act 2000. I would like to request the following:

  1. How many people have had hymenoplasty since 2015? 0

    Please note this does not include other procedures involving the hymen (e.g. stretching or incisions).

  2. How many people have requested to have hymenoplasty since 2015?
