  • Copies of all internal correspondence held that relates to the latest UKHCDO (The United Kingdom Haemophilia Centre Doctors’ Organisation) lookback exercise to trace haemophilia patients infected with Hepatitis C / HIV, during the period 1st Jan 2020 – 8th March 2020. 

We do not hold this information – there has been no internal correspondence relating to the UKHCDO lookback exercise as described above during the requested time period
