University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (UHB) completed a merger by acquisition of Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust (HEFT) on 1st April 2018.  Due to historical differences in data collection/reporting across UHB and the former Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust this response has been provided by hospital site.

I am looking into the temporary staffing processes and spend for Allied Health Professionals at your trust for the period of 1st January 2018 to 31st December 2018.

Can you please provide the following information:

  • Which agency(ies) you have used during this period for the supply of temporary AHPs?

 

  • Do you operate a Master Vend? If so with which agency and what is their fill rate?  

 

  • Please provide the total spend with each agency for the provision of temporary AHPs for this period?
