How many women who suffered a stillbirth or neonatal death had a pre-existing mental health illness (mild/moderate/severe) in 2018 and 2017?

2017: out of 75 women who had a stillbirth/neonatal death, 15 had pre-existing mental health illness.

2018: out of 92 women who had a stillbirth/neonatal death, 23 had pre-existing mental health illness.
