Freedom of Information Request: 0821 2020/21

I wish to make a request for information from the hospital.

I am trying to locate a copy of the University hospital’s internal policy for neuro axial blocks and epidurals for 2013.

I understand that there is an internal policy document which provides guidance on the surgical procedure, medication, skin preparation etc.

Please note that i need the policy guide for 2013.
