I have been informed that washroom hygiene services or mat rental services are provided by G4S, the company who provide cleaning services to the Trust. We therefore do not hold the information you have requested.

I have spoken to my colleague and we were just wondering if you do not have direct contract/ framework for these services, under the same FOI, there should be a provider for this service – should this be a Facilities Management provider or a Consortium can you tell me :

• Who the provider is?
• When the contracts is ending and whether there are any extensions?
• Who the senior person is who is responsible for this within your organisation?

The Trust does not have any contracts nor do we use any Framework Agreements for the category of spend you are interested in.

I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details in respect of any current framework agreement(s)/contract(s) that relate to washroom hygiene services or mat rental services within the Trust:

• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages.*
• Contract values of each framework/contract (& any sub lots), year to date
• Start date & duration of framework
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
