Please could you provide the following information in relation to Photocopiers, Multi-Functional Devices and Desktop Printers:

 

1. Current Contract details, including contract end date:

The Danwood Group Ltd currently provides the Trust a Managed Print Service (MPS). The contract end date is December 2014, the trust  will be going out to tender for a contract award later this year.

 

2. Companies awarded:

Danwood Group Ltd

 

3. Length of contract/s

Expires December 2014

 

4. Annual spend:

£2 million (approx)

 

5. Details on how these were procured – Framework (if so which one)/OJEU (provide OJEU Notice number)/local quote if under EU threshold.

The agreement was originally procured via an OGC Framework Agreement ( RM 450) for MPS.
