FOI 2922 Parking revenue

You asked:  Would you be able to provide me with revenues made from visitor parking charges for the years 2012/13, and 2013 to the present date, at Good Hope Hospital, Rectory Road, Sutton Coldfield?

Our response is:

2012/13 01/04/2013 to 31/01/14
Revenue from visitor car parking at Good Hope £1,159,379.00 £774,367.00
Net profit/loss made on parking across the Trust after capital charges and depreciation – £980,997.00 LOSS

-£508,829.00 LOSS

To provide some additional context we have also provided the profit/loss made on parking across the Trust.  I am sorry that we do not have a site by site breakdown of this figure.  It should be noted that as part of the overall capital charges  in 2013/14  the Trust will pay £148k to the Department of Health for capital charges relating to  the Good Hope car parking areas.   These payments are part of the costs that contributed to the overall Trust loss on car parking. (£123k for the 10 months to 31/01/14).
