SOL –   Original Site 1905

GHH –  Original Site 1943

2.    Date of any rebuilds or renovations

All sites are programmed for ward & departmental refurbishments by submitting annual bids.  On average the Trust spends £450k on ward upgrades.

The Trust has demolished a number of buildings. Either they are surplus to requirement or to make way for new developments.

The Trust allocates Capital to the Directorate for:-

  • Minor capital works
  • Statutory works
