Can you please provide me with an organisational structure showing where your Freedom of Information team sits and a list of all staff within the department.  I also request the job title and salary band for each member of staff who deal with the administration of FOI

The Freedom of information team is 50% of a Band 5 whose job title is Information Governance Officer.  There are 1.5 FTE Information Governance Officers, both at Band 5 led by an Information Governance Lead (Band 8a).  The Information Governance lead reports directly to the Company Secretary who reports directly to the Chief Executive.
