– How much money has been received in the last two financial years (2012-2013, 2013-2014) from the payment of fines and/or penalty notices?
2012/13 £255.00 2013/14 £7,600 for Parking Fines. These figures are a combination of staff and visitors. The reason for the increase was that in 12/13 we did not really issue fines because there was a major shortage of parking spaces. Since then we have invested in a 3 storey car park to alleviate the shortage, after which we began to issue fines. This means that in 13/14 304 fines were issued which is less than 0.02% of people working and attending the hospitals.
