Please could you provide me with the name, job title and email address of the director or board member with overall responsibility for the management of medical devices as required by the MHRA policy, Managing Medical Devices April 2014.

We answered:

The Director with responsibility for management of Medical Devices is the Medical Director.  This is currently being filled on an interim basis by Clive Ryder clive.ryder@heartofengland.nhs.uk
