1)      The trusts  spend on soft tissue allografts for the financial year 2013/14, and which suppliers were used. £8433.74 on Allomatrix – Wright Medical

2)      The trusts spend on DBM (Demineralised Bone Matrix) for the financial year 2013/14, and which brands were used. £18,383.57 on Bone Putty Wright Medical £2,489 on DBM – Biomet £2384 Hydroset – Stryker

3)      The trusts spend on femoral heads for the financial year 2013/14, and which suppliers were used. The Trust spent approx. £153,636.53 on femoral head implants – Zimmer, Stryker and Biomet

4)      The trusts spend on bone chips for the financial year 2013/14, and which brands were used. We have no record of orders have gone through the Procurement system for any frozen femerol heads or bone chips from the National Blood Service or Tissue Services.
