I’m trying to find out some information on the numbers and types of specific medical devices used across the Trust, as outlined in the attached spreadsheet.
In each case, I was looking for the Make/Model, Quantity available for use, Date of Purchase (where numerous purchases have been made, the date of the largest/ most significant purchase) and where applicable the contract expiry date.
