Recruitment Agencies are selected on the basis of need for permanent roles. For temporary roles agencies are used via the Health Trust Europe Framework.
Q7. Is there a purchase threshold below which allows the organisation to use external recruitment agencies which are not on any preferred supplier arrangements or contracts without going through a formal tender process?
The Trust’s standard thresholds for formal competitive processes begin at £20,000 (contract value). At this point and, at least 3 quotes are required. Below this value, formal competition is not normally required.
