1.       Does the trust regularly use the Montreal Mattress during Prone Surgery.  No

 

2.       If the Montreal Mattress is used which size is most commonly used? Not applicable

 

3.       Which hospitals in the trust specialize in Prone Surgery   There are a number of procedures where the patient will be in the prone position across all sites, but none of the sites particularly specialise in prone surgery.

 

4.       Which Types of Operating Tables are used in the trust?  We have the following manufactures operating tables across the three sites: Maquet,  Eschmann & Stille. The following are used for some day case surgical procedures: Seward Thackray & Anetic Aid (QA4)

 

5.       Are Allen Tables used on a regular basis? No.  We have no record of any purchases of Allen tables.
