I would like to submit a freedom of information request for the following document relating to the following:
ICT Documents
- ICT Strategy- I require the document that hold future plan and strategy of the organisation’s ICT department.
We do not have a documented ICT strategy. Under the leadership of the Medical Director a new governance and control framework to oversee the development of a clinically led HEFT EPR (Electronic Patient Record) has been established, which will inform the development of an ICT strategy.
- ICT Departmental Business Plan
There is no ICT Business Plan. The ICT Capital Budget Programme includes ICT planning for 2016/17
- ICT Technical Strategy.
We do not have a documented ICT Technical strategy, however current technical infrastructure is kept up to date while ensuring the Trust is not locked into “closed” platforms when refreshes are being implemented.
