Do your Operating Theatres use paper or electronic operating registers ?

We use paper operating registers

 What is the reasoning behind your method of data capture ?  (e.g: financial, data quality, time, duplication of data etc).

This is historic practice

 If electronic data capture what were the hurdles you needed to overcome before removing the paper registers?  (e.g.: lessons learnt during the key stages of Planning, Implementation etc.)
