However we are withholding this under exemption 43 (commercial interests) of the Freedom of Information Act: The Information is exempt information if its disclosure under this Act would, or would be likely to, prejudice the commercial interests of any person (including the public authority holding it) as the Trust will be retendering for this product and it is believed that releasing this could disadvantage the trust in future negotiations.
