In-house development comprising a third party scheduling module from UltraGenda. UltraGenda used to book appointments/attendances for all outpatient, inpatient and diagnostics, except Radiology, which is currently booked on CRIS.

Yes, we have Data warehouse with activity data in it but the update frequency varies, most reports are updated at least daily some more frequently.
