All patient areas have wipe clean surfaces. There are no fabric covered soft surfaces and therefore we do not purchase chemicals to clean fabric, all soft furnishings are covered in a wipe clean material of some description.

A deep clean procedure is used for infected areas using Hydrogen Peroxide Solution machines after a thorough general purpose solution clean if deemed necessary by the infection prevention team. Steam cleaning is also utilized

NB If a soft fabric chair is used within an office location not linked to patient areas and requires deep cleaning these will be steam cleaned by the housekeeping department teams.
