FOI 5665 Waits for Cancer Treatment

1. Firstly, in days what is the a) average and b) longest a single patient has waited to receive a First Consultant Appointment following a GP Urgent Referral (two week target) in calendar year 2017 (Year to Date), 2016, 2015, 2010 and 2009.

2. Secondly, in days what is the a) average and b) longest a single patient has waited for a First Treatment for Cancer following a Decision to Treat (31 days target) in calendar year 2017 (Year to Date), 2016, 2015, 2010 and 2009.

3. Thirdly, in days what is the a) average and b) longest a single patient has waited for a First Treatment for Cancer following a GP Urgent Referral (62 days target) in calendar year 2017 (Year to Date), 2016, 2015, 2010 and 2009.

For my queries, I attach an Excel document with a table for ease of inputting the data. I would be most grateful if you would use it.

Please note of the information provided. These long waits will include tertiary patients which may have been referred into the Trust late in their pathway and patients who were not medically suitable for treatment to commence any sooner.
Each year is a calendar year (as requested) and 2017 (Year to Date) is January to October inclusive.
