Lead pharmacist nutrition, women’s and children’s service. Nutrition pharmacist – advice PN bags and prescription, ordering and supplying PN
Nurses:
Band 4 Nutrition nurse assistant practitioner – routine reviews, discharges, liaison with external agencies, audit data, admin support
Band 6 Nutrition nurse- review, assess, problem solve, support, teach MDT, audit, OP clinic
Band 7 CNS – Nutrition – manage team, contracts, NPSA alerts, complex review, assess, problem solve, support, teach MDT, audit, OP clinic
Dietitian – Specialist dietitian in Gastroenterology and Nutrition support and Senior dietitian in gastroenterology and nutrition support

Nutrition team manages all parenterally fed patients in acute setting as well as monthly HPN clinics to manage home discharges.
