1. How many ambulances have been diverted from their original A & E destination to another between 1 December to 31 December in each of the following years: 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017?

2. If possible, of those A & E diverts, please could you provide the reason given for this diversion?

3. If possible, of those A & E diverts, please could you provide the hospital and Trust the ambulance was diverted from and to?

We do not hold this information. We have also asked both the West Midlands Urgent Care Intelligence Centre and West Midlands Ambulance Service who have advised that they too do not have this information.
