Please can you provide me with the Finance structure within your organisation indicating site based or centralised functions where applicable and a summary of the roles and responsibilities within financial management and the income and contracts teams again identifying centralised, site based or outsourced functions if any.
Kindly provide the job descriptions (HR evaluated preferably) for managers at band 8B (or equivalent) and above for the financial management team and the Income and contracts team. If your structure doesn’t specifically separate these functions as indicated, kindly provide for the teams that would incorporate these duties within them.
Our Interim Associate Director of Finance is on secondment from UHB so we do not hold a Job Description for that role.
We are largely site based – we do not outsource any of these functions apart from Payroll (UHB).
