The answer for questions 1-3 is as follows:
The Trust does hold the information you have requested, however we estimate that compliance with your request would exceed the appropriate costs limit under section 12 of the Freedom of information Act 2000. As a Trust we do not split out costs of locum Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Podiatrists. In order to provide the information we would need to review each invoice manually. However, we can provide the total expenditure for these combined which from 1st April 2016 to 31st March 2017 is £442,240.
