For the calendar year 2012 to present date and in relation to all Doctors in Training (save for all on call rotas).

Please confirm:

  1. What systems you have used for the purpose of hours monitoring (e.g. Allocated, DRS)?

Allocate Software

  1. For what period (s) this system/these systems was/were in use?

Allocate used for monitoring until present.

Please note, since August 2016 most monitoring is done via exception reporting. However, for a small number of rotas for trust grades we still use Allocate software.
