1. What Patient Information System (PAS) do you use (provider and product)?
We have two systems that make up our PAS system PMS2 (in-house) and UltraGenda.

a. When does your PAS contract expire?
The contracts expires 2018
b. What is the annual cost for using your chosen PAS?
The cost is £17,001 for UltraGenda, the PMS2 is managed in house.

2. What Electronic Patient Record system (EPR) do you use?
Provider Orion and product Concerto

b. What is the annual cost for using your chosen EPR? £193,286

3. What bed management system do you use (provider and product)?
We do not have an electronic bed management system, in terms of a software package.

4. What system to monitor patient flow through the emergency department do you use (provider and product)? Ideagen product is Patient First

5. What theatre management system do you use (provider and product)?
TMIS – Theatre Management Information System. This is an internally built module within Concerto software.

This is a module within a wider software system and therefore costs are not specific to the Theatre element of the system.

6. What maternity services IT system do you use (provider and product)? BadgerNet

7. What electronic observations system do you use (provider and product)?
We do not use any electronic observation systems.
