I request that a copy of the following documents be provided to me: Trust

Guidelines for Referral to Genetic Services after colonoscopy undertaken as part

of the UK Bowel Cancer Screening Programme (BCSP). In particular I would like

you to include any guidelines for referral of patients identified to have ten or

more colonic polyps at colonoscopy (oligopolyposis).

We do not have specific Trust guidelines regarding referral to genetic services and/or oligopolyposis in relation to BCSP.
